PAST PERFORMANCE
Among other accomplishments, we have made key contributions to recognized organizations such as:

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Established Corporate Trust Structure, Corporate Governance Framework and Five – Year Strategic Plan for Wafi-Golpu Special Mining Lease Area Landowner Group (2020-2021).
• Business Portfolio Review, Strategy Development and Corporate Restructure for Anitua Group comprising 21 subsidiaries and related entities, net worth of AUD$150m (2016-2020). These businesses provide integrated service solutions to the operations of Oil Search Ltd, Newcrest Mining Ltd, and Exxon Mobil (PNG) Ltd;
• Developed and managed Strategic Asset Allocation governance and management frameworks consistent with MRL’s prevailing Group Strategies to protect, preserve, and grow the Lihirians Equity Trust Fund (2011 – 2018).
• Designed, developed and implemented a Lending Management Policy and Implementation Framework for a PGK30m Lending Facility, for targeted MSME corporates and related entities (2014-2017).
• Reviewed and implemented corporate and commercial trust arrangements consistent with applicable requirements of the Companies Act 1997 (PNG), Securities Act 1997 (PNG) and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Arrangements were required for the effective management and delivery of investment strategies relevant to managing assets of a PGK600 million trust fund (2011 –2018).
• Developed and managed corporate and commercial trust arrangements for management and investments of royalty payments, compensation grants, land lease payments, and income derived from interests and/or services provided to mining operations. Total fund assets estimated to be PGK200 million (2016 – 2018).
• Established and applied appropriate board and committee charters, and risk management frameworks based on ASX Corporate Governance Principles for the Trust Fund (2013 – 2018).
• Developed an exhaustive operational plan with policies consistent with the Central Bank’s capital adequacy and liquidity management standards as part of an application to obtain a financial institution license under the Banks & Financial Institutions Act 2000 (2015).
• Development of comprehensive Investment Plan to guide Board and Management to grow total portfolio of landowner Trust Fund from K35m to over K600 in PNG and Australia (2008-2012).
• Coordinated and participated in the 2009-2011 OTML Mine Life Extension discussions among impacted villages, local-level governments, the Western Provincial Government, and Ok Tedi Mining Ltd (2009-2011).
